This option is part of the function for taxes and fees in the invoice application. In order to use this function, the UseTAFHead parameter under System configuration - System settings - Functions must be activated.
Create a new column
Use the New button to open the form to create a new column, the following form will appear:
Select Name in the drop-down list, the ones selectable are:
Under the heading ObjectConfigs, the you find objects you created under Allocation stamp.
Under the heading HeadConfigTypes are some fixed options available in the program.
Also specify the Display Order for the column.
The columns that are created will appear on a separate tab in the invoice header in the invoice application, and can for example look like this:
The options in the drop-down list VatCode are created under the menu item Values - Indicators and Calculators and should not be confused with Tax code at invoice level which is set under the menu item Tax code.
View existing columns
Open the Invoice head information menu item under the System Configuration - Taxes and Fees main menu and click View, and a list like the example below is displayed:
Edit/Delete an existing column
Open the form to edit an existing column by clicking on the row in the list on the main form. The same form is displayed as when setting up a new column, with all the information for the current column filled in.
Add or change the desired information in the column and save the information with the Save button.
Click Delete to delete the column.
